Raised blood pressure can have very serious consequences if not identified and treated. It can affect the brain, kidnies and legs as well as the heart. Treatment includes weight loss, regular exercise and salt reduction as well as medication.

Heart rhythm problems are very common. Many are benign and of no consequence and do not require any specific treatment. Others are very intrusive and can be more serious. It is important to  iinvestigate arrthymia carefully. Treatment of arrythmias can include drugs, pacemakers and ablation procedures
